Peter Arceo
Executive Director of Casino Marketing
Spending the 1st 19 years of his life in warm climate, Las Vegas was the natural choice for Peter to migrate to in 1993. Peter started his career in gaming with Boyd Gaming Corporation in 1995 while completing his degree in Hotel Administration at UNLV.
"I grew up around the Hotel business. My older cousin was the General Manager of the Kaanapali Beach Hotel in Maui. When I was 13 years old, I spent the summer in Hawaii and was able to spend a few days at work with her. It was a great experience to see how a property was operated. It also helped that everything was comped! I was hooked, I knew I wanted to be in the Hotel business. UNLV was a natural fit for me."
Along the way, Peter worked for Boyd Gaming Corporation until he joined the Las Vegas Hilton in August 2004.
"I kind of stumbled into the Casino business. My roommate in college was a 21 dealer at the MGM Grand and he convinced me to become a 21 dealer. I broke in at the Eldorado Casino (Boyd Gaming) in Henderson in 1995. My plan was to deal until I graduated from college. It turned into a 9 year career with Boyd. The last 4 years with the Las Vegas Hilton has been a wonderful experience. I look forward to meeting all of the customers every day."
In his spare time Peter enjoys playing golf, wine, dinners and spending time with his family.

James Raya
Executive Director of Customer Development
Jimmy Raya holds the present position of Executive Director of Customer Development. Throughout his career he has focused on developing solid player/host relationships, providing excellent customer service, communication and commitment. Jimmy has done this by paying close attention to the details and demands of his customers. He expects the same from his talented team of Casino Executive Hosts and works hard to ensure that the Las Vegas Hilton remains a first class gambling destination.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jimmy has been a Las Vegas resident and casino veteran for the last 26 years. He started dealing craps at the ripe old age of 21, and honed his craft for 19 years, 14 of those at the Las Vegas Hilton. Jimmy claims that if there was a "Craps dealing Hall of Fame, Jimmy The Beek would be a first ballot inductee."
In 1999 Jimmy became a casino host at Paris Las Vegas, before coming back to the Las Vegas Hilton as the Executive Director of Customer Development. He calls Las Vegas his home and has seen numerous changes in this gaming Metropolis. Jimmy foresees a bright future for the industry.

Patricia Schiralli

Having been in the casino industry for 27 progressively responsible years, Ms. Schiralli definitely has a handle on the business. That's why the position of Executive Director of Slot Marketing is such a great fit for her. She knows exactly what her customers want, and makes sure that they get it. Patti's hobbies include hunting and traveling. Her favorite vacation spot is Maui, Hawaii, and if she were to pack a "beach book," it would be written by Sidney Sheldon.
